Pour the mix into a mixing bowl or a food processor. Add 4 tbs of olive oil and 6 tbs of cold water. Mix well until the dough forms a ball. Dust the counter with flour and roll the dough to the desire thickness. Cut into shapes using a knife, dough cutter or cookie cutter. Display the crackers on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
