Snack In A Jar: PB&J Granola Bars

Pour the mix from the jar in a bowl and break down any lumps. Add 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 cup smooth peanut butter and 3 tbsp cold water. Mix well. In a greased 9" x 9" square mold, firmly press down the ingredients. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes, until slightly golden. Refrigerate until completely cooled down (or overnight), unmold over a cutting board and cut into bars. Yields : 12 bars.
