Pour the mix in a food processor. Blend for about a minute, until finely chopped. With the food processor running, pour the juice and zest of 1 orange and blend until well combined. Roll the dough into balls. To prevent stickiness, slightly wet your hands. Keep in fridge for a week or up to 3 months in the freezer. Yields: 15-20 balls. Garnish options: Roll in cacao powder or shredded coconut.
