This ancient grain is packed full of fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

We source our Farro from Anita's Organics. Canadian grown, this whole kernel is more nutritious but does require longer cook time.

Cooking Instructions:

1. For 1 cup of farro, add 2 ¬Ω cups of salted water in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil.

3. Reduce the heat to low or medium-low. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15-30 minutes, or until tender.

4. Drain any excess water. Allow to cool down.
