Tip: Some people notice a residue on their dishes when they first switch to natural dishwasher detergent. What’s happening is that there’s residue build-up from previous dishwasher detergents that is on the dishwasher itself and can end up resulting in cloudy dishes for a few washes. What we recommend is to run the dishwasher on hot and empty except for a jar with a cup of white vinegar placed on the bottom rack. That should clean up the old residue in one load! Otherwise, you can also just keep using this dish detergent, and eventually, the residue will subside.
