We are open Monday-Friday 12pm - 7pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am - 7pm.

If you placed an order online, you will receive an email confirmation telling you when your order is ready!

4. RETURN

You can return your 100% refundable deposit jars and undamaged freezer packs to Nada!

Bring them by the store on your next visit and our team will process your deposit refunds!

5. ENJOY

Savour your healthy food and feel good knowing you’ve reduced your carbon footprint.

After a date with our sanitizer, your packaging will be happy knowing it gets to be used again and again!

We offer Vancouver-wide delivery 5 days a week. Our other delivery dates vary by zone. Insert your postal code to find the next available delivery window for your neighbourhood.

(Place order by midnight for next day delivery.)

3. RECEIVE

For pick-up: Swing by our East Van location on your chosen date.

For delivery: Our driver will arrive with your order during the delivery window.

Delivery orders are packed with upcycled boxes and freezer packs.

4. RETURN

You can return your 100% refundable deposit jars and undamaged freezer packs to Nada!

Bring them to the store or simply give them back to your delivery triker or driver when your next order arrives.

5. ENJOY

Savour your healthy food and feel good knowing you’ve reduced your carbon footprint.

After a date with our sanitizer, your packaging will be happy knowing it gets to be used again and again!

What are your hours?

Our current hours are Monday to Sunday 9am - 7pm for in-store shopping and online pick-up.

If you placed an order online for pPick-up, you will receive an email confirmation telling you “Your Order is Ready”. Please wait until you receive an email confirmation before coming to pick it up at the store between 9am - 7pm. Call us at 778-806-3783 to reach us in-store.

How does your in-store tare system work?

To use our in-store tare system for your containers you can follow the steps below:

  • 1. Place empty container/bag on the scale
  • 2. Grab a smart tag
  • 3. Place and hold the tag next to the pointer
  • 4. Once the weight is stored, place the tag around your container
  • 5. repeat steps 1-4 for each container/bag you brought

Are you still accepting used containers?

Yes! Please continue to drop by and donate your used (washed and clean!) containers and support our zero waste initiative.

We know that containers come in many different sizes and shapes so we’ve put together a guideline for what is currently received:

  • • Containers should be pre-washed and free of leftover food.
  • • Only wide-mouth containers will be accepted - no bottles, pumps, or spouts.
  • • If the container is plastic, please ensure it has the food safe symbol.
  • • Please ensure that each donated container has a lid!

We are currently accepting freezer packs for Home Delivery but please note we are unable to accept egg cartons, long neck containers and cardboard boxes from Home Delivery as they cannot be properly sanitized.

How is Nada maintaining best practices for sanitation during Covid-19?

Nada team members continue to wear masks at their discretion, but you can be sure to know that we are smiling underneath! If you’d prefer to wear a mask in store we encourage you to do so as well! We offer online pick-up and carbon neutral home delivery for online orders and have implemented additional and extensive cleaning procedures to ensure our space is as clean as possible before serving you.

Is the cafe still selling pre-made meals?

For the time being, we’ve suspended most of our cafe offerings, such as pre-made meals. With that being said, you can still purchase select cafe items for take-out, such as our baked goods, and raw treats, as well as purchase or order Nada’s Own house-made products online or in-store.
