Pour the mix into a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup olive oil. Add 1 1/2 cup of milk (cashew or dairy). Mix well until well combined. Divide the dough in a muffin tray. Baked for 20 minutes at 350°F. Yields 12 medium muffins. Options: Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract; add the zest and juice of one lemon.
